Kevin Jou, MD
Dr. Jou is a board-certified psychiatrist who has extensive experience treating depression, PTSD, and helping combat veterans. Dr. Jou earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical school at Rosalind Franklin University, and completed his psychiatry residency at UCLA-San Fernando Valley Training Program. After residency, he stayed on as a full-time VA psychiatry attending, and UCLA professor, before joining OCBH. Dr. Jou's interests include community and cultural psychiatry, mental health advocacy, psychopharmacology, and various forms of psychotherapies including CBT, family, interpersonal, and psychodynamic psychotherapies.
Margaret Haglund, MD
Dr. Haglund is an experienced physician who is board-certified in both general and addiction psychiatry. After attending NYU's School of Medicine for her MD, she completed a residency at Columbia University-New York Psychiatric Institute, and fellowships in addiction and mood disorders at UCLA. Dr. Haglund is highly skilled in treating mood disorders, substance abuse, post-partum depression, and prenatal issues.

Paul Chung, MD
Dr. Chung holds board certifications in general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. He earned his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University and served in the US Navy as a Flight Surgeon. Dr. Chung did his psychiatry residency and addiction psychiatry fellowship at UCLA.
Steven Allen, MD
Dr. Allen is a board-certified psychiatrist who specializes in addiction psychiatry. He graduated from UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine. Dr. Allen also completed his residency and his addiction psychiatry fellowship at UCLA.

Peter Hung, MD
Dr. Hung is board-certified in general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from The Chicago Medical school at Rosalind Franklin University. Dr. Hung did his residency at UCLA-San Fernando Valley and his fellowship at Harbor UCLA.

Jeremy DeFranco, MD
Dr. DeFranco is a psychiatrist who specializes in treating the geriatric population. He earned his MD from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Defranco did his residency and a geriatric psychiatry fellowship at UCLA.
